The Hockey Team of the Muslim Institute continues to enjoy its popularity among its fan. The Hockey team has retained 1st position in its Division Hockey League of Hockey Bengal. It has been policy of M. I that young and budding players be given opportunity to prove their talent and earn good place on the Junior National. The Institute is providing all assistance and facilities including food, traveling and accommodation.

We played 9 matches our of which we won 6 matches and lost 3 matches and secured total 18 points. Our team has scored 30 goals and conceded 13 goals. Our team is in Group - B, First Division and secured 4th position this year.

I thank all the members of Executive Committee and thanks to my Coach Mr. Akhtaruddin and Hony. Asstt. General Secretary, Mr. Sk. Nazrul Islam and my special thanks to Hony. General Secretary Mr. Nisar Ahmed, without whose guidance and supports this achievement would not be possible.
